Drive API: Token based whitelist configuration

Token based whitelist configuration is now supported, so that you can decide on token level if real-time authorization between Plugsurfing and the CPO is required or not. In addition, you can do additional configurations of the session pre-authorization between Plugsurfing and your platform, including timeout settings and whether authorization requests should be accepted or denied on failure or timeout.
