Create user

Only the id field is required (any string is accepted) when you are the Merchant on Record. If Plugsurfing is the Merchant on Record the email field is mandatory as well. Use the same user ID from your system for consistency

User id, used later to access user info. Max. length is 255. Allowed characters are ASCII letters, numbers and '-', '.', '_', '~'

The email format is validated, but it is not verified by sending an email. This field is mandatory when Plugsurfing is the Merchant on Record.
