Stop a remote charging session

Stop a remote charging session. Only sessions started remotely (chargingKeyType=virtual) can be stopped remotely. Important implementation details:

  1. Session may be stopped locally even if started remotely
  2. Events like SESSION_STOPPED or SESSION_COMPLETED may be received without calling stop
  3. If stop request fails, allow retrying after a few minutes
  4. If session stays in STOP_FAILED, allow starting new session
